Steps:

a) Request a quotation via email or by submitting the online "Request a Quotation" form.

b) Valpro will submit the quotation to the client within 1 to 2 working days of receipt thereof. 

c) Upon acceptance of the quotation, Valpro will submit an invoice to the client for payment.

d) Once the payment is verified an inspection date will be communicated with the client.

e) The valuation report/certificate will be compiled and emailed in PDF format to the client, in the agreed turnaround time.

Notes*:

The type of property and purpose of valuation will ultimately determine the turnaround time for the report or certificate to be submitted to the client. We do however endeavor to submit valuations within 3 to 7 working days.

This will be communicated upon the submission of the quotation to the client.
